The IREX Community Solutions Program is a professional development initiative for community youth leaders, aiming to enhance their leadership and skills. It provides a four-month fellowship in the U.S. for young leaders to work on issues related to the environment, peace and conflict resolution, transparency and accountability, and women and gender. 1. Eligibility:

Be between 25 and 38 years old as of January 1 of the program year.

A citizen of an eligible country.

Currently living and working in your home country.

Have at least two years of experience working on community development projects.

Be proficient in spoken and written English.

Not a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or have applied for U.S. permanent residency.
