Eligibility Criteria:

Nationality and Residency: Applicants must be nationals of, and living and working in, one of the following countries: Algeria, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Mauritania, Morocco, Oman, and Tunisia. 

Professional Experience: A minimum of two years of work experience is required. 

Age Limit: Applicants must be 45 years old or younger at the time of the grant submission. 

Employer Support: Candidates need a written employer's statement endorsing their participation and commitment to implementing a Back Home Action Plan. 

Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is necessary, as all programmes are conducted in English. 

Employment Restrictions: Applicants should not be employed by organizations that have their own means of staff development, such as international development organizations or private companies.
