UNICEF Bangladesh, in collaboration with the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) at the National University of Singapore, is launching the "Young Leadership Programme" to empower aspiring young leaders in Bangladesh. This residential program aims to equip university students and recent graduates with essential skills in public policy, leadership, and advocacy to drive impactful social change.

Program Details:

Dates: May 4–10, 2025 (including travel days)

Location: Dhaka, Bangladesh

Mode of Delivery: Face-to-face sessions conducted in English

Eligibility Criteria:

Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Bangladesh

Fluent in English

Aged below 30 years

Demonstrated commitment to promoting peace and prosperity through professional work, study, or community involvement

Desirable Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience in professional, public, or personal domains

Willingness to engage fully in experiential and transformational leadership development training

Active involvement in specific organizations, businesses, or community impact initiatives

Exposure to diverse cultures and backgrounds

Experience as a changemaker at the community or national level

Financial Support:

Up to 30 participants will be selected for the program, with financial support covering program costs, accommodation, meals, and transportation to and from the venue in Gazipur or other locations adjacent to Dhaka.
