The Spring Impact Scale Accelerator is offering a fully funded consultancy and training program for established NGOs and social enterprises operating in Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. This initiative aims to support organizations in scaling proven solutions that enhance the economic resilience of women working in agriculture and other rural sectors. 

Program Routes:

Participants can choose between two fully funded program routes:

1. Expert Consultancy: Up to two years of tailored consultancy for select NGOs with high potential to scale. The Spring Impact team collaborates closely, providing technical assistance to develop effective scaling strategies. 

2. Leaders of Scale Training: A six-month online intensive training program where two members of an organization's leadership team are coached in skills, tools, and frameworks necessary for achieving greater impact. 

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible, organizations must:

Operate in Kenya, Uganda, or Tanzania.

Have a program or service that demonstrates clear evidence of impact and has been operational for at least one year.

Consider the program or service a core part of the organization's strategy.

Be able to dedicate several days per month for 2-3 staff members, including at least one person from the leadership team.

Be interested in expanding to new locations, reaching new target groups, or enhancing the impact on current beneficiaries.
