Applications are now open for Cascador 2025, Nigeria's premier entrepreneurial development program. This year marks the seventh edition and it promises to be the most ambitious yet, with enhanced curriculum, greater funding opportunities, and expanded support to help you scale your business and create meaningful social impact.

Cascador empowers mid-stage African entrepreneurs to scale their mission-driven companies, equipping them with proven business strategies, leadership skills, and exclusive access to our new $2M Catalytic Fund.
Our fellows are dedicated to accelerating business growth, improving their leadership skills, and refining their value proposition with the guidance of successful American and Nigerian entrepreneurs. Through our educational program and access to our $2M Catalytic Fund, we provide both knowledge and capital—the two critical resources entrepreneurs need to scale successfully.
Cascador launched in 2019, has elevated six successful cohorts of African entrepreneurs and their companies through a unique blend of education, self-discovery, mentoring, pitch training, and personalized advisory support.
ANNUAL $2M CATALYTIC FUND
Beginning in May 2025, Cascador will allocate $2 million USD annually to empower our alumni with the capital they need to scale their impact.
Through a partnership with Sterling Bank, we offer a tailored mix of debt, equity, guarantees, and collateral investments designed to meet the unique needs of each business. The fund culminates in our annual Pitch Day, where selected alumni present their businesses to our Investment Committee and a curated audience of investors and lenders.
